For some reasons I can no longer remember I wanted to update MonoGame from 3.5 to 3.6 It was pretty straightforward but I am still a C# newb so I worried things might not work the way they should. Here is my recollection of what I had done to achieve the update.

Over the course of history of gaming many great ideas were created and since forgotten. One of those is Boulder Dash, a game about collecting crystals while avoiding falling things and lurking monsters. And while things do fall, both the protagonist and the enemies move in four directions, unaffected by gravity.
